Fitness Club

The Fitness Club aims to support the physical and mental well-being of all staff and students of the college and community. It provides timely guidance and health advisory as deemed necessary. The purpose of the club is also to instil awareness in students on aspects of personal health and overall well-being of an individual.

Vision:

  • To impress upon our students and community the importance of holistic wellness pertaining to physical, social and mental well-being of the individual.

Mission:

  • To instil an understanding of the importance of holistic well being and healthy lifestyle through fitness & wellness programs and to create the awareness among others.

Objectives:

  • The focus of Shasun Fitness Club is to support the physical and mental well-being of all staff and students of the College.
  • The club also aims to provide timely guidance and health advisory for communicable and non-communicable diseases.
  • To educate students about having balanced diet, home remedies for common ailments and choices for healthy living.
  • To celebrate important and official WHO days.
