Department Of Tamil and Shasun Shakthi Cell along with Sri Annai Creations staged a mega theatrical play “VELPAARI” by writer Su.Venkatesan M.P and performed in various stages including The Mylapore Fine Arts ,Narada Gana Sabha and R.R.Sabha, Chennai. On the Occasion of 55th Annual Awards for Tamil Dramas –“BESTS OF 2023”,organised by THE MYLAPORE ACADEMY on 23rd July ,2024, several theatre artists,drama troupes , and sabhas were honoured ,among 36 awards, our college alumni Ms.S.Janani,Department of Commerce(Corporate Secretaryship) was awarded “The Best Female Supporting Artist”
