
About SHABASH
Shabash was initiated with the aim of promoting entrepreneurial spirit among students and to motivate young budding entrepreneurs to take up Entrepreneurship as a career and become job providers rather than job seekers. The objective of Shabash is to develop the spirit of Entrepreneurship among the students. Activities of this cell includes creating Awareness programs, Mentoring sessions – guidance by successful entrepreneurs in various fields, my story session – Sharing of success story by women entrepreneurs, Assisting in getting financial support for Startups.
Shabash has entered into a MOU with KVIC to impart skill training to develop the skills of the students and to encourage them to become an entrepreneur by setting incubation startups inside the campus. Shabash has conducted 5 skill training programs this academic year in Herbal products, Making Sanitary napkins, Aari embroidery works and Bakery products. Students on successful completion of the course are provided with a government certificate.

Activities
Shabash – Entrepreneurship Development (ED) Cell of our college is instrumental in leveraging the potential of our budding entrepreneurs by organizing events such as
Shabash ED-Cell initiated Retro shops – campus businesses for the present set of students and an alumna has been operating within the campus since 19th December 2022. The main objective is to inculcate the budding entrepreneurs with hands on experience in the business. The alumnae and our present students are given the opportunity to run the business for a period of 11 months inside the campus. Through this cell the budding entrepreneurs have gained an experiential learning to scale up their business.

Shasun Innovation & Start-up Policy Council (SISPC)
The National Innovation and Startup Policy (NISP) 2019 for students and faculty of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) is a guiding framework to enable the institutes to actively engage students and faculty in innovation and entrepreneurship related activities.
Shabash- ED cell of our college, in the spirit of NISP, has formulated the Shasun Innovation and startup Policy Council (SISPC), which will be instrumental in leveraging the potential of students’ innovation & entrepreneurial mind-set among students and faculties with a vision of , “To create an eco- system fostering Entrepreneurial culture and innovative start-up this will contribute to the development of the society by generating self- employment opportunities through Women entrepreneurship”
Shasun IIC Cell
Institution Innovation Council
Institution Innovation Council is initiated in order to develop an innovative and conducive learning environment for student where they emerge to be budding entrepreneurs with need of the hour business prospects. Shri Shankarlal Sundarbai Shasun Jain College has installed Shasun IIC with a motto of creating local innovative ecosystem. Student in this council will gain real life exposure to live business environment and multiple business opportunity is created with innovation by inculcating entrepreneurship skill.
