Overview
The two-year PG program equips the students with theoretical as well as practical cognition. It aims to create smart ethical media professionals who would revolutionize and redefine Journalism today. The program spans print, broadcast, and new media along with advertising to enable them to step into the field of editing, public relation, journalism (print/social media), content writing, news reading, event management, digital marketing, and many more.
The department faculties are vibrant and ever-ready to unlearn and relearn, keeping pace with the changing industry requirements. Their classroom training is a combination of traditional teaching along with ICT-based teaching methods. The students are also exposed to eminent industry professionals through seminars, exhibitions, workshops, and media fests.
