Life Skills

Life Skills (YOGA, PHYSICAL FITNESS, HEALTH & HYGIENE)

Yoga promotes students wellness through the development of social, emotional, cognitive and academic life skills, such as attention and focus, decision-making, co-operation, stress management, and empathy. Through the Fitness club, Yoga sessions are regularly conducted to support the mental well-being of student.

Teaching life skills through physical education, such as respect for self and others, team building skills, and critical and creative thinking, can create a more inclusive and respectful learning environment in physical education thereby engaging more students in the learning process.
