Overview
The Department of Sanskrit has been functioning since 2007. Sanskrit is offered as a second language for all the UG courses in the first and second years. The students have shown immense interest in learning the language. The department produces hundred percent results every year. The number of students opting for Sanskrit as their second language is increasing every year. Teaching is not restricted to the prescribed curriculum and students have also shown keen interest in exploring beyond the boundaries set by the University.
